HOW TO ACCESS SOCIAL HOUSING
The Wohnbauinstitut (WOBI – housing institute) is the authority in charge of allocating social housing in South Tyrol. Anyone who meets eligibility criteria may apply for social housing in Bressanone.
Eligibility criteria include:
- Minimum five-year residency and at least three years’ employment in the province of Bolzano
- or five uninterrupted years of employment in the province of Bolzano
- and at least two years of residency/employment in Bressanone
