RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR NON-EU CITIZENS (PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO)
You can apply for a residence permit through the patronato (citizen’s advisory bureau).
If you prefer to apply yourself, you can do so at the post office, where you will be provided with the necessary templates and official envelope.
This service is offered at a fee.
When the paperwork is ready, the application is sent to the state police (questura) in Bressanone (Commissariato della Polizia di Stato).
You will then need to make an appointment with the state police (questura) in Bressanone.
During the appointment you will find out whether your application has been granted.
